Walk Kansas 1.8

Walk Kansas is a collaborative program designed to promote healthier lifestyles, hosted by the Kansas State University Agricultural Experiment Station and Cooperative Extension Service. Participants have the option to either form a new team or join an existing one, fostering a supportive environment focused on achieving mutual health objectives.

The accompanying app enhances the Walk Kansas experience by enabling users to record various health-related activities, such as exercise, hydration, fruit and vegetable intake, and strength training directly from their devices. Additionally, the app facilitates communication among team members and offers integration with the Apple Health app, allowing for seamless import of data from fitness devices like the Apple Watch.
